That’s right, this past weekend we had a single item sell for over $23,ooo :0 That’s a lot of something! As far as privacy is concerned, we will not reveal any more than what has already been said, but this is something we are quite pleased with.

Who wants to break that record for us? Keep saving with us, and keep up the good work guys!

What deals are you after?

That’s the question of the hour! With so many stores closing down their deals and discounts (as the end of the holiday shipping is coming to an end next week), a good deal is hard to fine. To be sure we’re not just spinning our wheels here, I thought I would ask around to see what people are loking for when it comes to a deal.

Personally, I’ve been looking in the electronics section pretty exclusively and really homing in on a TV. Best Buy had some AMAZING Sony deals going on where they delivered a 46″ LCD + Blue Ray + PS3 + Game for under $1,000… but that’s now long gone (even though the promotion lasts until this Saturday.

But enough about me, what are you looking for when it comes to deals? We might be able to get you just what you are looking for (at the best price) before it becomes too late.

Another holiday season is upon us, and it looks like online shopping is once again going to be the highlight for most merchants. Let’s face it, shoppers are online for one thing: a great deal. If they could find something cheaper in a physical store, they would go drive and get it (believe me, they would).

What makes this year so good is that many merchants are having “Christmas Early”, where they are running all of their (usually) significant sales starting in November instead of December. What does this mean for shoppers? Well, it means they are going to be getting a ton more deals and coupons sent their way before Thanksgiving. Black Friday and Cyber Monday are going to be the new Xmas to most merchants eyes this year… or at least that’s the plan.

So what does all this mean for you, and most of all, Coupon Phonics?

Better deals, stronger coupons, more frequent updates, and an overall easier time finding the presents/items that you were going to buy anyways is the answer. Stores that generally only put sales on overstocked items will be hosting sitewide sales (meaning everything in the store is X% off) and other blowouts. Not to mention the exclusive deals that merchants have been sending our way on an almost daily basis!

In Short…

This holiday season might not be the best for everyone, but it’s going to be a great time for the thrifty shopper to find exactly what they are looking for.
